Ownership

Eastern Logistics is a private corporation owned by Robert B. Fowler and family. Bob, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, is well seasoned in the Chemical Distribution Industry.

Bob has 25 years’ experience in the sales, marketing, operations and distribution of chemicals and ingredients throughout North America.

Prior to founding ELI, Bob spent 19 years with Univar, the largest chemical distribution company in North America. Rising rapidly through the ranks, he negotiated agreements and audited supplier manufacturing sites worldwide. He was responsible for sales and operations at four Univar distribution facilities in the Eastern United States. In addition, Bob managed Univar’s Pharmaceutical business in the United States.
